sriracha dip


1 cup raw cashews

1 garlic clove

1 tsp lemon juice

2 tbsp. sriracha

salt and pepper

1. Soak cashews in filtered water for at least 4 hours.

2. Drain cashews.

3. In blender, combine cashews, garlic, lemon juice, sriracha, and salt and pepper.  Add small amounts of water if it is too thick.
