4 sweet potatoes, sliced into wedges
4 tbsp. olive oil or melted coconut oil
pinch of salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Toss cut sweet potatoes in a bowl with oil and seasoning.
3. Spread on baking sheet in a single layer.
4. Roast 35-45 minutes, turning the wedges at least once.
