Spicy Roasted Chick Peas

4-6 servings


1 cup dry chickpeas that have been soaked overnight  OR 2 cans chickpeas, drained

2 tbsp. olive oil

2 tsp curry powder

pinch of salt

1.  Preheat oven to 450 F degrees.

2. Toss chick peas with olive oil and seasoning.

3. Spread on baking sheet.

4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until crunchy.
