Nut Butter Bars


yield: 12 bars


1 cup nut butter (almond, cashew or organic peanut)

1/2 cup honey

3 cups rolled oats

1/2 tsp sea salt


1.  In a saucepan, heat nut butter and honey until it is smooth and creamy and easy to stir.

2.  Mix in oats and stir well.

3  Press into 9x9 inch pan.

4.  Place in refrigerator and let cool.
