Coleslaw


Ingredients

serves 8

1 head cabbage

Dressing:

1 - 6 oz container yogurt (from grass fed cows is best)

1 tbsp. honey

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp mustard spice

1/2 tsp salt

pinch of pepper

1. Chop cabbage.  I use the food processor and shred it.

2. Mix dressing ingredients.

3. Combine cabbage and dressing.
