Cashew Coffee Creamer


Ingredients

1 cup raw cashews

1/2 cup filtered water

1 tsp vanilla, almond, or peppermint oil

  1. Soak the cashews in filtered water for at least 4 hours.

  2. Drain the cashews.

  3. Place in blender with 1/2 cup water and oil.

  4. Mix until smooth.
