1 cup almond butter
1/2 cup sugar (organic is best)
1 large egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
chocolate chips (optional)
pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
Crack the egg into a bowl and beat. Add remaining ingredients.
Using a tablespoon, drop balls of dough onto cookie sheets.
Bake for about 10 min.
